Our approach

A selective collection, managed closely

Your home belongs with a manager that understands what makes it special.

Long Beach Vacation Homes manages a small collection of homes on the bay, near the beach and across the city. We choose homes carefully: the setting, the interiors, the amenities and the stay a guest will have all matter.

That keeps our attention where it belongs. Each home gets thoughtful presentation, pricing that reflects its value, and a local team that knows the house and the neighborhood.

Marketing & bookings

Booked direct, and where guests already look

Our own booking site

Guests can book your home directly with us at LongBeachVacationHomes.com, with no booking-site fee on top of the rate. Direct guests deal with our team from the first question to checkout, and the good ones come back.

Airbnb and Vrbo

Your home is also listed on Airbnb and Vrbo, managed from one calendar so a night is never sold twice. Placement and pricing are tailored to the home.

Your net rate stays yours

Booking-platform fees aren't passed on to you. For the same stay, your agreed net rental rate is the same whichever channel the guest books through.

Before we begin

Homeowner questions

We'd be glad to talk through the details of your home.

What kinds of homes do you manage?

A selective collection of vacation homes in and around Long Beach. When we evaluate a home we look at its location, architecture, interiors, condition, amenities and the stay it offers guests.

Are booking-platform fees deducted from my income?

No. Booking-platform fees aren't passed on to you, and for the same stay your agreed net rental rate is the same across channels. We'll go through the management agreement and any other property expenses during your evaluation.

What's included at no extra charge?

Professional photography, guest supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, laundry pods, dish soap, sponges) and inspections before every arrival and after every departure.

Where will my home be marketed?

On our own booking site, LongBeachVacationHomes.com, and on Airbnb and Vrbo. Long Beach homes can also appear on CalCoastal.com alongside our other coastal homes.

Do I need a city permit?

Long Beach requires short-term rentals to be registered with the city, and the rules depend on the home and where it is. We'll walk through what applies to your home as part of the evaluation.

Can I still stay in my home, or switch from another manager?

Yes. Tell us how you use the home and whether it's already rented, and we'll plan around your own stays, existing reservations and any current management commitments.
